Ordinance No. 1440 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves PUD-89-9, the application of John and <br /> Patricia Hunt for the development plan to subdivide <br /> into two lots an approximately 1.2 acre site and to <br /> construct an additional single-family unit on the <br /> site at 2373 Martin Avenue, subject to the <br /> following conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. The development be substantially as shown on <br /> the plans (dated May 5, 1989), on file in the <br /> Planning Department. <br /> <br /> 2. That the final site plan and elevations of the <br /> residence for Parcel i shall be submitted to <br /> the Design Review Board for review prior to <br /> the issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br /> 3. That the developers shall submit a tree report <br /> for the development to the Planning Director <br /> prior to construction on Parcel 1. All <br /> grading and tree preservation measures shall <br /> be done pursuant to the conclusion and <br /> recommendations contained in said report. <br /> <br /> 4. In lieu of providing street trees across the <br /> entire frontage of Mohr and Martin Avenues, <br /> developer shall pay the sum of $20,000 into <br /> the City's "Neighborhood Park Development <br /> Fund", to be used towards the development of <br /> the park in the Stoneridge Drive Specific <br /> Plan. <br /> <br /> 5. That, except as modified by the conditions of <br /> the subject case, all conditions of Cases <br /> PUD-83-10, 12, and 15 shall remain in full <br /> force and effect. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within <br /> fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Tri- <br /> Valley Herald," a newspaper of general circulation <br /> published in the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) <br /> days after the date of its final passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br /> City of Pleasanton on November 7, 1989. <br /> <br /> <br />
