CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1436 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF KAISER TECHAS <br /> FILEDEER CASE PUD-89-11 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Kaiser Tech has applied for Phase I development plan <br /> approval and to rezone an approximately 80 acre site <br /> located at 6177 Sunol Boulevard from the I-P (Industrial <br /> Park) District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - <br /> Industrial District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative <br /> declaration was adopted by Council on October 17, 1989; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendations for approval of the proposed rezoning <br /> and planned unit development; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds (1) that the rezoning is <br /> consistent with the General Plan and (2) that the <br /> development plan conforms to the PUD zone purposes and <br /> considerations. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the rezoning of an approximately 79.73 acre <br /> site located at 6177 Sunol Boulevard from the I-P <br /> (Industrial Park) District to the PUD - I (Planned Unit <br /> Development - Industrial) District. <br /> <br />Section 2. The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated <br /> April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating <br /> and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby <br /> amended by Zoning Unit Map #376, attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit "A" dated October 31, 1989, and incorporated <br /> hereln by reference. <br /> <br /> Section 3. Approves the Phase I development plan for the 17.61 <br /> acre core area as shown on "Phase I Site Plan" and <br /> "Phase II Site Plan," both dated September 21, 1989 on <br /> file with the Planning Department, subject to the <br /> conditions listed on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and <br /> made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br /> Section 4. The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of <br /> Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of <br /> Resolution No. 77-66. <br /> <br /> <br />
