CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1436 ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF KAISER TECHAS FILEDEER CASE PUD-89-11 WHEREAS, Kaiser Tech has applied for Phase I development plan approval and to rezone an approximately 80 acre site located at 6177 Sunol Boulevard from the I-P (Industrial Park) District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Industrial District; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on October 17, 1989; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendations for approval of the proposed rezoning and planned unit development; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds (1) that the rezoning is consistent with the General Plan and (2) that the development plan conforms to the PUD zone purposes and considerations. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves the rezoning of an approximately 79.73 acre site located at 6177 Sunol Boulevard from the I-P (Industrial Park) District to the PUD - I (Planned Unit Development - Industrial) District. Section 2. The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map #376, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" dated October 31, 1989, and incorporated hereln by reference. Section 3. Approves the Phase I development plan for the 17.61 acre core area as shown on "Phase I Site Plan" and "Phase II Site Plan," both dated September 21, 1989 on file with the Planning Department, subject to the conditions listed on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 4. The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66.
