EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br /> Conditions of Approval <br /> PUD-85-21-5M <br /> <br />1. That the front yard for Lot 3 of Tract 5699 shall be on the <br /> west side of the lot, with the rear yard facing the Howard <br /> lot (4455 Entrada Drive) to the east. In addition to the <br /> normal standards for the R-1-7,500 zoning district, the <br /> house to be constructed on Lot 3 shall maintain a minimum <br /> setback of 20 feet from the rear [east] property line. A <br /> minimum setback of 10 feet may be allowed from the front <br /> [west] property line. <br /> <br /> 2. That the design of the houses to be constructed on Lots 2 <br /> and 3 shall be subject to separate review and approval by <br /> the Design Review Board prior to the issuance of building <br /> permits for the houses. Notice of the design review <br /> application shall be sent to all surrounding property <br /> owners. <br /> <br /> 3. That except as modified by Conditions 1 and 2 above, all <br /> conditions of Cases PUD-85-21 through pUD-85-21-4M shall <br /> remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br /> /// <br /> <br /> <br />
