CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1445 ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PT~ASANTON FOR A MAJOR MODIFICATIONAS DESCRIBED UNDER CASE PUD-85-21-5M WHEREAS, at its public hearing of October 11, 1989, the Planning Commission approved an extension to Tract 5699, the approved tentative map to subdivide the Connolly property located at 306 Neal Street; and WHEREAS, at that public hearing, adjacent neighbors expressed concern with the houses which have already been built on the site and with future construction on the remaining two lots; and WHEREAS, as a result of neighbors' concerns, the City of Pleasanton applied for a major modification to amend the development standards of the approved single-family residential planned unit development (PUD-85-21) located at 306 Neal Street; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval of the major modification; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on December 12, 1989; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this proposed major modification is appropriate due to the sensitivity of the issues concerning the two lots. In addition to ensuring compliance with the modified site development standards, the design review process will allow close scrutiny of such details as house color, materials, and window placement. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves the application of the City of Pleasanton for a major modification to amend the development standards of an approved single-family residential planned unit development located at 306 Neal Street, subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case by reference.
