CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF pLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1447 ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF pT~ASANTON TO PREZONE AN APPROXIMATELY 48.4 ACRE SITE LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF FOOTHITs. ROAD, OPPOSITE OAK CREEK DRIVE, TO THE PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) - LOW/RURAL DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT ( 33 ACRES ) , AND THE "A" (AGRICULTURAL) DISTR~CT (15 ACRES) WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 21, 1989, the City Council initiated prezoning of the Lemoine property totalling approximately 48.4 acres located on the west side of Foothill Road, opposite Oak Creek Drive, as shown in Exhibit "A"; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on January 2, 1990; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval of the proposed prezoning; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the City Council on January 2, 1990, at which time all pertinent testimony and documents were reviewed; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed zoning districts are in conformance with the General Plan. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF pLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the application of the City of Pleasanton (Case RZ-89-19) to prezone an approximately 48.4 acre site located on the west side of Foothill Road, opposite Oak Creek Drive, to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Low/Rural Density Residential District (33 acres), and the "A" (Agricultural) District (15 acres). Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map #380, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" dated January 2, 1990, and incorporated herein by reference.
