CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1446 <br /> <br /> APPROVING THE APPLICATION TO PREZONE APPROXIMATELY <br /> 4.37 ACRES LOCATED AT 2503 VINEYARD AVENUE TO THE <br /> PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) - LOW DENSITY <br /> RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT (RZ-89-16) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton initiated a prezoning of an <br /> approximately 4.37 acre site located at 2503 <br /> Vineyard Avenue to the PUD (planned Unit <br /> Development) - Low Density Residential; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study indicating <br /> no significant adverse effects on the environment, <br /> a negative declaration was adopted by Council on <br /> December 12, 1989; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly notice public hearing was held on <br /> December 12, 1989; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this prezoning is <br /> consistent with the General Plan policies of the <br /> City of Pleasanton; <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the prezoning of an approximately <br /> 4.37 acre site located at 2503 Vineyard Avenue to <br /> the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Low Density <br /> Residential District, which land is involved in <br /> Annexation No. 133, subject to the following <br /> conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. That the floor area ratio shall be no more <br /> than 25% for any lot; and <br /> <br /> 2. That no building permit for any new house in <br /> the project shall be issued until the contract <br /> for the realignment of Vineyard Avenue has <br /> been let; and <br /> <br /> 3. That the developer shall participate in the <br /> cost of providing permanent infrastructure to <br /> this area. <br /> <br /> <br />
