CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1464 ORDINANCE PREZONING AN APPROXIMATELY 2.15 ACRE SITE TO THE PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) - MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone an approximately 2.15 acre site consisting of the Gudaitis property (1.58 acres located at 375 Sycamore Road) and the Thompson property (0.57 acre located at 387 Sycamore Road) to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Medium Density Residential District or to any other zoning district consistent with the General Plan; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study indicating no significant adverse effects on the environment, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on May 15, 1990; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval of the prezoning application; and WHEREAS, a duly notice public hearing was held on May 15, 1990; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed zoning district is consistent with the goals and policies of the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves Case RZ-90-03, and prezones the approximately approximately 2.15 acre site consisting of the Gudaitis property (1.58 acres located at 375 Sycamore Road) and the Thompson property (0.57 acre located at 387 Sycamore Road) to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Medium Density Residential District. Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map #387, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" dated May 15, 1990, and incorporated herein by reference.
