CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1463 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE APPROVING CASE PUD-90-05, AN APPLICATION <br /> FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL BY JAMES <br /> FAZZARI TO CREATE AN APPROXIMATELY 56,000 SQ. FT. <br /> SITE FOR A SINGLE-FAMILY DWET~.TNGANDAN <br /> APPROXIMATELY 3.71 ACRE REMAINDER FOR FUTURE PHASE <br /> DEVELOPMENT FORAN APPROXIMATELY FIVE ACRE SITE <br /> LOCATED AT 3710 TRENERY DRIVE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, James Fazzari has applied for development plan <br /> approval to create an approximately 1.3 acre site <br /> to accommodate an existing single-family residence <br /> and related improvements and an approximately 3.7 <br /> acre site for future phase development for an <br /> approximately five acre site located at 3710 <br /> Trenery Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br /> Development) - Low Density Residential District; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a <br /> negative declaration was adopted by Council on <br /> May 15, 1990; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendation for approval of the proposed <br /> development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on <br /> May 15, 1990; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan <br /> meets the purposes of the PUD District and the <br /> General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton; <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves Case PUD-90-05, the application of James <br /> Fazzari for development plan approval to create an <br /> approximately 1.3 acre site to accommodate an <br /> existing single-family residence and related <br /> improvements and an approximately 3.7 acre site for <br /> future phase development for an approximately five <br /> acre site located at 3710 Trenery Drive, subject to <br /> the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto <br /> and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br /> Page 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
