The City Council does hereby approve and support <br />Alameda County Highway Advisory Committee recommendations <br />made at Oakland, California, May 27, 1964. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Council does hereby urge the State Highway <br />Commission at Sacramento, California, to adopt said recommenda- <br />tions. <br /> <br /> 3.
