The City Council does hereby acknowledge receipt of <br />letter agreement dated June 8, 1964, disc los~g a contr~ution <br />by the Orloff family to Dev~r Inc. for oversizing and extend~g <br />a sewer main above the requirements of the city for Tract 2595. <br /> <br /> 2. Said agreement contemplates that the Orloff proper- <br />ties north of Tract 2595 and east of Santa Rita Road will be <br />sewered through said oversized and extended main. <br /> <br /> 3. ~ile the City does not relinquish its control over <br />sewer ~ins, it does recognize the contr~ution to the City's <br />sewer system, and in consideration agrees to rese~e capacity <br />in said oversized and extended ~in to serve the Orloff proper- <br />ties for a period of ten years from this date. <br /> <br /> ~O~ED: June 9, 1964. <br /> <br /> / ~yo <br /> ~.J~// B.
