ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 63-1 <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 64-1 <br /> AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS AND <br /> PAYMENT TO ACQUIRE IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />RESOLVED: <br /> <br /> The city officers are hereby authorized to make tranfers of <br />funds and pay monies in connection with the above two assessment <br />districts, Assessment District No. 63-1 and Assessment District <br />No. 64-1, as follows: <br /> <br /> t. Transfer from Assessment District 63-1 to Assessment Dis- <br /> <br />trict 64-1 the sum of <br />Mission Park Unit No. <br /> <br />Unit Nos. 2, R, and 4. <br /> <br />$20,288-38 to acquire improvements in <br /> <br />1, paid for in construction of Mission Park <br /> <br /> Said sum does not include legal fees and engineering fees, <br />which have previously been paid. <br /> <br /> 2. Pay from funds of Assessment District~ No. 64-1 (Mission <br />Park Unit No. 1) the sum of $20,288.38 jointly to Wells Fargo <br />Bank, Ross Valley Savings and Loan Association, and East Bay Title <br />Company, or their assigns in behalf of the developer, Wm.
