I~ESOLUTIoN b, lt3..~~ ~ ~ ~ <br /> <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 63-1 <br />AUTHORIZING PAYMENT TO PACIFIC GAS <br />AND ELECTRIC FOR GAS MAIN EXTENTIONS <br /> <br />RESOLVED: <br /> <br /> 1. The city officers are hereby authorized to pay from <br />Assessment District 63-1 the sum of $17,069.00 to Pacific Gas and <br />Electric Company as set forth in Paragraph 5 of the revised agree- <br />ment covering deposit for the gas main extension. <br /> <br /> 2. The city officers are hereby authorized to execute in <br />behalf of the city the revised agreement between the owners of <br />Mission Park Unit No. 1, Pacific Gas and Electric Company, and <br />the City providing for refund to the City of deposit for gas main <br /> <br />and stub construction. <br /> DATED: June 9, 1964. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />'jOHN B.
