CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO.,~ ~.~ 0 <br /> <br />APPROVING CHILDREN ' S PLAYGROUND <br />KOTTINGER VILLAGE, PLEASANTON, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLVED: <br /> 1. The City Council does hereby approve use of city propert) <br />leased to the Housing Authority of the City of Pleasanton, by <br />lease dated September 13, 1954, at the northwest corner of Regalia <br />and Kottinger Avenues for the use as a children's playground. <br /> 2. This consent and approval is granted subject to the <br /> terms of the conditional use permit granted by the Planning <br /> Commission of the City of Pleasanton on June 24, 1964, for a five <br /> (5) year period commencing said date. <br /> 3. At the completion of the construction details and pro- <br /> visions set forth in the conditional use permit, the City Council <br /> will formally accept said children's playground, and determine the <br /> manner for providing public liability insurance, and providing <br /> that said use be continued under the Housing Authority lease, or <br /> surrendered to the city by amending said lease. <br /> ADOPTED: June 29, 1964. ~ <br /> <br /> '~N B.
