CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />]~SOLUTION ADOPTING FINAL BUDGET FOR <br />1964-1965 FISCAL yEAR <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby <br />resolve as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. That the budget for the City of Pleasanton for t'he <br />fiscal year ending June 30, 1965, a copy of which is on file <br />with the City Clerk, is hereby adopted as proposed, and the <br />several amounts stated therein are hereby appropriated for the <br />various objects therein described. <br /> <br />2. The total expenditures of said budget are as follows: <br /> <br />OPERATING, GENERAL FUND <br />TRANSFERS <br />OPERATING, ACCOUNTS, SERVICES <br />SPECIAL FUNDS <br /> <br /> $451,173.00 <br /> 25,159.00 <br /> 51,899.00 <br />1~679,037.00 <br /> <br />Total <br /> <br />2,207,268.00 <br /> <br /> 3. Subject to official assessed valuation figures from <br />Alameda County, the expected tax rate in 1963-64 is as follows: <br /> <br />GENERAL FUND <br />BOND INTEREST AND REDEMPTION <br />PARKS AND RECREATION <br /> <br />$ 1.00 <br /> .24 <br /> .08 <br /> <br />Total 1.32 <br /> <br /> 4. That the City Manager be and is hereby authorized to <br />make expenditures of the appropriated funds, provided that an <br />expenditure for items costing in excess of Two Thousand Five <br />Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) shall first be approved by resolution <br />of the City Council. <br /> <br /> 5. That the City Council is authorized to transfer funds <br />by resolution from one department to another, and to transfer and <br />authorize the expenditure of funds from the various unapplied <br />appropriations, and from the various Fund Accounts for specific <br />purposes. <br /> <br /> 6. That the City Manager be and is hereby authorized to <br />transfer funds within the various budget accounts and between~ <br />the classifications of Salaries and Wages, Maintenance and <br />Operation and Capital Outlay and to expend funds from the <br />contingency reserve for specific purposes. <br /> <br />ADOPTED: July 6, 1964. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />HELEN WOODWARD, City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
