APPROVING FINAL MAP, TRACT NO. 2519 VINTAGE HILLS, UNIT NO. 3 The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby resolve as follows: 1. The final subdivision map for Tract No. 2519 presented ito the City of Pleasanton by LAND DEVELOPMENT AND INVESTMENT COMPANY, prepared by Mac~.KAY AND SOMPS, Civil Engineers, is hereby approved. The City Clerk, City Engineer, Fire Chief and other city officers are hereby authorized to execute said map as required by Ordinance No. 358 (Subdivision- Ordinance) adopted March 4, 1963, and the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California. 2. The City does hereby accept the offer of dedication of streets, easements and other interests in real property as shown on said approved final map. The City does consent to the filing of said map with the Alameda County Recorder, with a copy of this Resolution serving as the city's acceptance of interest in real property, upon bonds being filed and inspection fees being paid, as required by the agreement described below. 3. City officers are hereby authorized to execute in behalf of the City of Pleasanton the following documents: a) Subdivision agreement for Tract No. 2519, by and between the City of Pleasanton and Land Development and Investment Company, dated July 6, 1964, providing for the con- struction of improvements and other provi- sions in connection with said Tract. 4. To allow certain coordination with the City's Assessment District 64-2, city officers may deliver said final map to a reputable title company, to be recorded only upon precise instruc- tions signed by the City Manager and the City Clerk, insuring compliance with the security prowisions in paragraph 7 of the Subdivision Agreement. 1 -
