CITY 0 ?L ASANTON <br /> COUi'; ', ',' L,F ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />;~Esm LUTIn N n u.____-- <br /> <br /> APPROVING FINAL MAP, TRACT NO. 2629 VINTAGE HILLS, UNIT NO. 4 <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby <br />resolve as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. The final subdivision map for Tract No. 2629 presented <br />to the City of Pleasanton by LAND DEVELOPMENT AND INVESTMENT COM- <br />PANY, prepared by MacKAY AND SOMPS, Civil Engineers, is hereby <br />approved. The City Clerk, City Engineer, Fire Chief and other <br />city officers are hereby authorized to execute said map as require( <br />by Ordinance No. 358 (Subdivision Ordinance) adopted March 4, <br />1963, and the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California. <br /> <br /> 2. The City does hereby accept the offer of dedication of <br />streets, easements and other interests in real property as shown <br />on said approved final map. The City does consent to the filing <br />of said map with the Alameda County Recorder, with a copy of this <br />Resolution serving as the city's acceptance of interest in real <br />iproperty, upon bonds being filed and inspection fees being paid, <br />as required by the agreement described below. <br /> <br /> 3. City officers are hereby authorized to execute in behalf <br /> of the City of Pleasanton the following documents: <br /> <br /> a) Subdivision agreement for Tract No. 2629, <br /> by and between the City of Pleasanton and <br /> Land Development and Investment Company, <br /> dated July 6, 1964, providing for the con- <br /> struction of improvements and other provi- <br /> sions in connection with said Tract. <br /> <br /> 4. To allow certain coordination with the City's Assessment <br /> District 64-2, city officers may deliver said final map to a re- <br /> putable title company, to be recorded only upon precise instruc- <br /> tions signed by the City Manager and the City Clerk, insuring <br /> compliance with the security provisions in paragraph 7 of the <br /> Subdivision Agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />
