CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STA~E OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> 3573 <br />~E~OLUTION NO. <br /> <br /> APPROVING FINAL MAP, TRACT NO. 2678, <br /> PLEASANTON VALLEY,.UNIT NO. 2, AND <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SUBDIVISION <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> The City Council does hereby resolve as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Final Map of Tract No. 2678, Pleasanton Valley Unit No.2 <br />drawn by Martin & Bissell, Civil Engineers, dated July 10, 1964, <br />is hereby approved; and the City officers are authorized to ex- <br />ecute the necessary title sheet certificates in behalf of the Cit, <br /> <br /> 2. The City officers are hereby authorized to execute the <br />subdivision agreement between the City and D and V Builders, Inc. <br />600 Telegraph Avenue, Oakland 9, California, dated August 24, 196~ <br /> <br /> 3. Subdivider and City understand and agree that the City <br />will review the off-tract flood control and ponding areas for <br />all lands controlled by subdivider. Subdivider further under- <br />stands that City may require modification of flood control works <br />of Tract 2678 as a condition of approval of subdivider's next <br />tentative map and final map. <br /> <br /> 4. The City does hereby consent to the recording of said <br />final map; provided that all plans, specifications, instruments <br />and documents of title required by agreements or city ordinances <br />are in the hands of the City Clerk and approved as to form by <br />the City Attorney. <br /> <br /> 5. The City does he~ebyaccept the grant and dedication of <br />all public areas, streets, easements and rights of way shown on <br />said map, or lying outside of said tract and evidenced by a <br />separate instrument of conveyance. <br /> <br />ADOPTED: August 24, t964 <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> ELEN WOODWARD, City Cl~k ~u~ <br /> <br /> <br />
