WHEREAS the Collier- Unruh Local Transportation Development <br />Act provides that <br /> <br /> 'Within 60 days following the close of each fiscal <br /> year each county, city, or city and county shall file <br /> with the Department a report in a form prescribed by <br /> the Department and certified by the local governing <br /> body showing its expenditures of funds during the <br /> preceding fiscal year pursuant to Sections 186.1 <br /> through 186.7"; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS the submitted report, compiled in the form prescribed <br />by the Department from records maintained by this City and showing <br />expenditures during the 1963-64 fiscal year pursuant to Sections <br />186.1 through 186.7 of the Streets and Highways Code, has been <br />examined by this Council, and is determined to be.factual; now <br /> THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br /> Pleasanton hereby certifies the report heretofore submitted to <br /> be a true record of expenditures by the City during the 1963-64 <br /> fiscal year in conformance with the requirements of the Collier- <br /> Unruh Local Transportation Development Act; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Engineer has transmitted <br /> six copies of the report to Allan S.
