to wit: <br /> <br /> AT THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CITY HALL, <br /> 603 MAIN STREET, PLEASANTON, CALIFORNIA, <br /> AT 8:00 P.M., MONDAY, NOVEMBER 2, 1964. <br /> <br /> Such protest must be filed in writing, and may be filed at <br /> any time before the hour set for hearing objections to the pro- <br /> <br />posed annexation, and shall state the name or names of the owner <br /> or owners of property affected, and the description and area of <br /> such property, in general terms. <br /> <br /> 6.
