The city officers are hereby authorized to execute in <br />behalf of the city the agreement with Pacific Gas and Electric <br />Company, entitled Electric Service Agreement dated September 8, <br />1964, providing for irrigation pumping at Sewage Treatment Plant. <br /> <br /> 2.
