RESOLUTION NO.. 3581 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING BOUNDARY MAP, ASSESSMENT DISTRICT <br />NO. 64-3, CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA COUNTY~ CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Clerk of the <br /> <br />City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, a map showing boundaries <br />of the above entitled assessment district; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Ple&santon that that certain map entitled "Map Showing Boundaries <br />of District Proposed to be Assessed for Construction of Improvements <br />in Assessment District No. 6~3, Arroyo Del Valle, Interceptor Sewer <br />Project, City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California" <br />be, and the same is hereby, approved; and <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of said boundary <br />map herein approved shall be filed by the City Clerk of the City of <br />Pleasanton with the County Clerk of the County of Alameda in accordance <br />with the provisions of Part 2, Division 4.5 of the Streets and Highways <br />Code of the State of California. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly and <br />regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, Alameda <br />County, California, at a r9gula= meeting thereof, held on the 14th day <br />of September, 1964, by the following vote, to wit: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Councilmen BUBICS, CAIRO, HARDING, UcWILLIA~S & MAYOR LONG <br /> <br />Councilmen NONE <br /> <br />Councilmen NONE <br /> <br />ODWARD, City Clerk, City <br /> <br />of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, <br />State of California. <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />COPY <br /> <br /> <br />
