1913, the matter of the improvements and acquisitions herein referred to <br /> <br />is hereby referred to MmcKAY & SOMPS, CIVIL ENGINEERS, INC., Engineer of <br />Work, and the persons employed by this City Council for the purpose of having <br />charge and control of the improvements and acquisitions described in this <br />resolution. Said MacKAY & SOMPS, CIVIL ENGINEERS, INC., are hereby directed <br />to make and file with the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton a report <br />in writing containing the following: <br /> <br />do <br /> <br />Plans and specifications of the proposed improvement <br />if the improvement is not already installed; <br /> <br />A general description of ~orks or appliances already <br />installed and any other property n~cessary or convenient <br />for the operation of the i~rov~ment, if the <br />appliances or property are no be acquired as part of <br />the improvement; <br /> <br />An estimate of the cost of the improvement and of <br />the cost of lands, rzgh~s-cz-way, easements and <br />dental expenses in connection with the improvemen, t~ <br /> <br />A diagram showing the assessment district and the <br />boundaries and dimensions of the subdivisions of land <br />within the district as they existed at the time of <br />the passage of this Resolunion of Intention° Each <br />subdivision shall be given a separate number upon <br />the diagram; <br /> <br />A proposed assessment of tke total .amount of the cost <br />and expenses of the proposed improvement upon the <br />several subdivisions of land in the district in pro- <br />portion to the estimated benefits to be received by <br />emch subdivision, respectively~ from the improvement. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that if any excess shall be realized <br />from the proceeds of the assessments and/or bonds issued to represent the <br />same, it shall be applied as a credit to each assessment levied pursuant <br />to said provisions of the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913 in proportion <br />to the amount of each of said assessments. <br /> <br /> B~ IT FURTHER RESOLVED that it is the intention of the City <br />Council of the City of Pleasanton to authorize a contribution toward the <br />cost of the project in the amount of the estimated cost of the construction <br /> <br />of improvements lying within the unincorporated area of the County <br />and to make said contribution from the Capital Improvement Fund of <br />of Pleasanton <br /> <br />of Alameda <br />the City <br /> <br />-4- <br /> <br /> <br />
