Rr~SOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. IN THE MATTER OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF I~ROVEMENTS AND AND ACQUISIT!ON~ OF PROPERTY IN ARROYO DEL VALLE ENTER- CEPTOR SEWER PROJECT, ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 64-3, CITY OF PLEASANTON~ ALAMEDA COUNTY~ CALIFORNIA. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, that it is the intention of said City Council to order the following constructions and acquisitions to be made in Assessment District No. 64-3, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California/ to wit: Construction of a sanitary sewer main system, to be known as the Arroyo Del Valle Sanitary Sewer Main, together with all appurtenant facilities including manholes, side sewers~ pump station, tunneling and/or boring, casings, trenching, backfill, pavement replacement, and replacement of existing improvements within the construction area. The downstream terminous of said main will be a point in the vicinity of First and Ray Streets and thence des- cribed in an upstream direction shall follow the Southern Pacific Railroad R/W in a northerly direction to a point near the Arroyo Del Valle, thence easterly along and near the south bank of the Arroyo Del Valle approximately 4200 ft to an angle point in Vineyard Avenue, thence South on Vineyard Avenue approximately 800 ft to another angle point in Vineyard Avenue, which shall constitute the upstream terminous of this project. A branch of this main shall also be constructed com- mencing at a point on Vineyard Avenue, said point being approximately 2300 ft east of First Street, thence running northerly approximately 700 ft until it intersects the previously described main adjacent to the south bank of the Arroyo Del Valle. An additional branch of this main shall run from the above described angle point in Vineyard Avenue, northerly to the south bank of the Arroyo Del Valle, thence along and adjacent to said south bank northeasterly approximately 1600 ft to the upstream terminous of the branch sewer. Additional ~nstruction shall involve the relocation of an exisnzr~g sewer pump from its present site on Vineyard Avenue approximately 2300 feet east of First Street, to a new location on Ray Street, together with the construction of the necessary connections to the existing mains on Ray and First Streets. in The project shall include the acquisition of any and all necessary easements or other interests in property. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the improvements to be constructed said streets, avenues, roads, lanes, courts, places and/or public ways hereinabove described are of the dimensions, materials and in the particular locations to be set forth and shown on the plans and specifications and detailed drawings hereinafter referred to; together with the construction of all appurtenances thereto, ~ncluding necessary fittings, trenchings, grading and regrading, excavation and fill, re- moval of obstructions, connections to existing services, back filling, -1- EXHIBIT A
