CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-125 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING BECKY DENNIS AS VICE <br />MAYOR FOR 2002 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council annually appoints a Vice Mayor from among its members. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />The City Council does hereby appoint Becky Dennis to serve for a period of one <br />year, until December, 2002, as Vice Mayor of the City of Pleasanton and presiding <br />member of the City Council in the absence of the Mayor. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON DECEMBER 4, 2001 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Conncilmembers - Ayala, Campbell, Dennis, Michelotti, and Mayor Pico <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM.' ~ <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Michael H.
