CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-119 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EASEMENT TO THE <br />PLEASANTON UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT ACROSS <br />FAIRLANDS PARK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Pleasanton Unified School District has requested an easement from the City of <br /> Pleasanton on approximately 276 square feet of Faiflands Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has no objection to granting this easement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Grants to the Pleasanton Unified School District the easement described in the <br />attached Exhibit "A" and directs the City Manager to execute all necessary <br />documents to carry out this resolution. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON DECEMBER 4, 2001 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Ayala, Campbell, Dennis, Michelotti, and Mayor Pico <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Michael H.
