The City Manager Report No. 38 dated September 18, 1964, <br />concluding that preliminary cost analysis shows it is feasible <br />for the City to annex property westerly of Foothill Road, adjacen~ <br />to Annex 21, Foothill Annex B, is hereby approved. <br /> 2. The city officers are instructed to proceed forthwith <br /> to prepare, and to file a 'Notice to Annex Territory" with the <br /> Local A§ency Formation Commission of Alameda County for lands <br /> described below. <br /> <br /> 3. Said lands are §enerally described as follows: <br /> 520 acres owned by Walter S. Johnson. <br /> <br />85 acres owned by H. and V. Long. <br /> <br />60 acres owned by R.
