CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OFALAMEgA STATE OF CALiFOi-~NIA 3590 RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PL~SANTON ADOPTING A SELECT SYSTEM OF CITY STREETS WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, has adopted Resolution No. 3428 dated September 3, 1963, indicating its desire to receive funds made available by the Collier-Unruh Local Transportation Development Act; and WHEREAS, in order to accumulate the matching credits required by Streets & Highways Code Section 186.5 it is necessary that the City modify its Select System of City Streets in accordance with the provisions of Section 186.3 of the Streets and Highways Code; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton that that certain map dated September 21, 1964, entitled '~4ap of Select System of City Streets & Highways, City of Pleasanton, California~' and the accompanying report entitled "Select System Report, City of Pleasanton, September 21, 1964," which have been prepared for consideration of the California iMighway Commission, copies of which are on file in the offices of ~the City Clerk and City Engineer and incorporated herein as if iset out in full herein are hereby approved and adopted; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that three (3) copies of this resolu- tion be filed with said map and report in the office of the Department of Public Works, State of California, through the District Office of the Division of Highways. The City Council of the City of Pleasanton hereby petitions the California Highway Commission to approve the aforementioned map and report. DATED: September 21, 1964.
