CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1466 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PLRASANTON <br /> AMRNDING SECTION 17.36.140 OF THE <br /> PT.RASANTON MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING <br /> E~"MPTIONS FROM GROWTH MANAGEMENT <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Section 1 (part) of Ordinance No. 1336 and <br /> Section 17.36.140 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code <br /> are hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "17.36,140 Exemptions, <br /> <br /> The provisions of Section 17.36,130 of this <br /> Chapter shall not be applicable to the following <br /> projects: <br /> <br /> (Subsection A, no change) <br /> <br /> B. Projects and subdivisions of five dwelling <br /> units or less. Within the area of any lot <br /> existing on July 1, 1987, this exemption may <br /> be used only one time in any 12 month period; <br /> <br /> (Subsection C, no change.)" <br /> <br /> Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within <br /> fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Tri- <br /> Valley Herald," a newspaper of general circulation <br /> published in the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) <br /> days after the date of its final passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br /> City of Pleasanton on May 15, 1990. <br /> <br /> <br />
