Upon the advice of the City Engineer, on tract and off <br /> <br />.tract &mprovements required by subdivision agreement for Tract <br /> 2217 (Bevilacqua Brothers) are hereby accepted as completed, <br /> subject to conditions as follows: <br /> <br /> (a) T~e subdivider, Bevilacqua Brothers, perform <br /> necessary street cleaning which may be <br /> caused by erosion.during and through the end <br /> of the 1964-65 rainfall season. <br /> <br /> (b) Flush storm drains at the end of said rain- <br /> fall season. <br /> <br /> (c) Deposit cash bond in the amount of $1,000.00 <br /> to insure faithful performance of the above <br /> conditions. <br /> <br /> said bond being posted, city officers are hereby <br /> record notice of completion. <br /> <br /> 2.
