CITY COUNCIL <br /> Conditions of Approval <br /> PUD-85-8-4D-1M <br /> <br /> July 17, 1990 <br /> <br /> The modifications shall substantially conform to plans and <br /> elevations, dated June 1, 1990, on file with the Plann. ing <br /> Department. <br /> <br />2. A final landscaping plan shall be submitted to the Planning <br /> Director for review and approval prior to the issuance of a <br /> building permit. <br /> <br /> 3. The trash enclosure adjacent to the northwest corner of the <br /> freestanding restaurant pad shall incorporate materials, <br /> colors, and design compatible with that of the main building; <br /> the final design of said enclosure shall be submitted to the <br /> Planning Director for review and approval prior to the <br /> issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br /> 4. An exposed aggregate or other enhanced paving surface shall <br /> be used in the outdoor dining area; said material design <br /> shall be submitted to the Planning Director for review and <br /> approval prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />5.
