CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1474 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF pLEASANTONAMENDING <br /> SECTION 4 (PART) OF ORDINANCE 1428 AND AMENDING <br /> SECTION 13.08.140 OF T}IE pT~ASANTON MUNICIPAL CODE <br /> CONCERNING GROUP USE OF PARKS <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Section 4 (part) of Ordinance 1428 and Section <br />.... 13.08.140 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code are <br /> hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> ,,13.08.140 Hours of Operation and Access. <br /> (Subsections A-F, no change) <br /> <br /> G. Group use (which means 25 or more persons <br /> affiliated in any way) of any park and recreational <br /> facility shall be permitted only as follows: <br /> 1. With the written permission of the <br /> director; <br /> <br /> 2. Only in those sections of any community <br /> park planned for such use; and <br /> <br /> 3. Only in neighborhood parks if by bona fide <br /> neighborhood groups and only for neighborhood <br /> related activities. <br /> Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within <br /> fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley <br /> Times," a newspaper of general circulation <br /> published in the City of pleasanton. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) <br /> days after the date of its final passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br /> City of Pleasanton on July 10, 1990. <br /> <br /> <br />
