CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1473 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF DIVISION STREET PARTNERS FOR PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL TO CONSTRUCT NINE DETACHED SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING UNITS ON AN APPROXIMATELY 1.1 ACRE PORTION OF AN APPROXIMATELY 2.4 ACRE SITE (1045 DIVISION STREET) CASE PUD-90-6 WHEREAS, Division Street Partners applied for development plan approval for construction of nine detached single-family dwelling units on an approximately 1.1 acre portion of an approximately 2.4 acre site located at 1045 Division Street, in the area generally bounded by Division Street and the Arroyo del Valle (PUD-90-6); and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on June 19, 1990; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval of the development plan; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on June 19, 1990; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the development plan for nine detached single-family dwelling units on an approximately 1.1 acre portion of an approximately 2.4 acre ~ite located at 1045 Division Street, in the area generally bounded by Division Street and the Arroyo del Valle (PUD-90-6), subject to the conditions on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Tri- Valley Herald," a newspaper of general circulation publishedin the City of Pleasanton.
