The City of Pleasanton does hereby authorize the city <br /> pfficers to obtain the service of DAVID M. DEVOE, real estate <br /> ~ppraiser, 3335 Castro Valley Boulevard, Castro Valley, California, <br /> ~s an independent contractor for the City, to obtain easements <br /> for the proposed Arroyo del Valle interceptor sewer to be known <br /> ~s Assessment District No. 64-3. <br /> <br /> 2.
