The city officers are hereby authorized to sign in <br />behalf of the City of Pleasanton the agreement based on federal <br />legislation, described as follows: <br /> <br /> Joint Powers Contract establishing <br /> <br /> Economic Opportunity Agency of Alameda County, <br /> dated January 26, 1965. <br /> <br /> 2.
