CITY Of PLEASANTO i <br /> (,.~U,.~TY OF ALA~4EDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> so-u'na 7 <br /> <br /> APPOINTING JOHN McWILLIAMS TO THE <br /> BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE JOINT <br /> ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY AGENCY OF ALAMEDA <br /> COUNTY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton is a member of the Joint <br />Economic Opportunity Agency of Alameda County; and <br /> <br /> Wl{EREAS, the City is required to designate its official <br /> <br />representative to serve on the Board of Directors; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The City Council does hereby appoint Councilman John' <br />MeWilliams as its official representative of the City of Pleasan- <br />ton to serve on the Board of Directors of the Joint Economic <br />Opportunity Agency of Alameda County. <br /> <br /> 2.
