E]~I~ZT D~ESCRIPT~ON OF T~RRITORy TO BE ANN~.~-n TO ~HE CITY OF AFgEX&TZpN Z~TO,...~_.36, ,PI',EASANTON-$UNOT.,, ANI~"~.X "E" All that certain real property situated in the Township of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California~ described as follows: BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the easterly line of the Southern Pacific Company right-of-way, 100 feet in width, with the general souther- ly boundary line of that certain territory annexed to the City of Pleasenton under Ordinance No. 402 adopted November 30, 1964~ a map of which was filed December 30, 1964, in Rook 43 of Maps at page 86A thereof, Records of Alameda County, California, and running thence northeasterly~ northerly~ and easterly, along said general southerly boundary line of last said territory annexed to the City of Pleasenton to an intersection thereof with the westerly line of the Pleasenton Tract as shown on the map entitled "Pleasanton Tract" etc.~ dated April~ 1918, and filed January 21, 1919~ in Book 16 of Maps at page 72 thereof, Records of Alameda County~ California; thence southerly continuing along said general southerly boundary line and along said westerly line of the Pleasanton Tract ~o an angle point in said general southeriy boundary line; thence leaving sa/d general southerly boundary line southeriy continuing along said westerly line of the Plaasanton Tract to an intersection thereof with the northerly right-of-way line of County Road 1/o. 3053~ co~only known as Happy Valley Read~ 40 feet in width; thence in a general westerly direction along said northerly right-of-way line to an intersection thereof with the aforesaid easterly line of the Southern Pacific Company right- of-way; thence northerly along said easterly right-of-way line to the point of beginning. 3-19-65
