The City Council does <br /> <br /> hereby approve and adopt City <br />Manager Report No. 46, dated March 19, 1965, providing for street <br />lighting improvements. <br /> <br /> 2. City officers are hereby authorized to order from Pacific <br />Gas and Electric Company changes from incandescent street lights <br />to mercury vapor street lights on the three year schedule pro- <br /> <br />posed by the City Engineer. <br /> <br /> Dated: March 22, 1965. <br /> <br />JOHN B.
