CITY OF PLEASA[ 'TON <br /> COUNI-Y OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />r~- SnLUTIO N NO. <br /> <br />APPROVING FINAL MAP AND AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION OF SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT, <br />FOR TRACT NO. 2659 (ROSE POINTE) <br /> <br /> The City Council does hereby resolve as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Final Map of Tract No. 2659, (Rose Pointe), drawn by <br />MacKay & Somps, Civil Engineers, dated March, 1965, is hereby <br />approved; and the City officers are authorized to execute the <br />necessary title sheet certificates in behalf of the City. <br /> <br /> 2. The City officers are hereby authorized to execute the <br />subdivision agreement between the City and Nomark Development <br />Company, a California corporation, acting through its president, <br />Stanford L. Holmgren, 1630 Newell Street, Walnut Creek, California. <br />dated March 22, 1965. <br /> <br /> 3. The City does hereby consent to the recording of said <br />final map; provided, however, that all documents, certificates <br />and policies required by Ordinance No. 358, as amended, (Sub- <br />division Ordinance) are in possession of the City. <br /> <br /> 4. The City does hereby accept the grant and dedication of <br />all public areas, streets, easements and rights of way shown on <br />said map, or lying outside of said tract and evidenced by a <br />separate instrument of conveyance. <br /> <br /> 5. Said final map shall not be delivered to the Alameda <br />County Recorder until security as required by Section 11612 of the <br />Business and Professions Code of the State of California, and by <br />paragraph 7 of the Subdivision Agreement dated March 22, 1965, <br />have been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney. <br /> <br /> 6.
