~G': C~ r-.AL~FORNIA <br /> <br /> AG~E~NT ~D CITY S~VICE AGRE~NT <br /> FOR TENTATI~ ~CT NO. 2724 (Highland Oaks) <br /> <br />RESOLED: <br /> <br /> 1. ~e City Council, having upon motion approved the design <br />of tentative subdivision map for ~act No. 2724 (Highland Oaks), <br />a portion of ~nexation No. 24-C, Foothill Road C-2, which is <br />~resently being litigated, does hereby authorize execution of the <br />:ity officers of an agreement dated April 5, 1965, providing for <br />annexation fees and city services for said Tract No. 2724. <br /> <br />2. Said agreement shall be effective as of April 5, 1965. <br />3.
