AT THE CITY COUNCIL MEETING pLACE, PLEASANTON <br /> WOMEN'S CLUB BUILDING, sOUTHWEST CORNER OF <br /> VINEYARD AND REGALIA AVENUES, PLEASANTON, <br /> CALIFORNIA, AT 8:00 P.M., MAY 24, 1965. <br /> Such protest must be filed in writing, and may be filed at <br />any time before the hour set for hearing objections to the pro- <br />~osed annexation, and shall state the name or names of the owner <br />)r owners of property affected, and the description and area of <br />such property, in general terms. <br /> 6. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> :duse a copy of this Resolution to be published at least twice, <br /> ~ut not oftener than once a week, in '~HE TIMES", a newspaper of <br /> general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton; and to <br /> be published outside the City of Pleasanton but within the County <br /> of Alameda, where said territory is located. Both of said pub- <br /> lications shall be completed at least twenty (20) days prior to <br /> the dates set for hearing. <br /> 7. The City Clerk is further authorized and directed to <br /> ~ause written notice of such proposed annexation to be mailed to <br /> ~ach person to whom land within the territory is assessed in the <br /> last equalized county assessment roll available, at the addresses <br /> shown on said assessment roll or known to the Clerk, and to any <br />Iperson who has [iled his name and addres~ and the designation of <br />t~e lands in which he has an interest, ~lther legal or equitable, <br />wxth the Clerk. Such notice shall be gmven not less than twenty <br />(20) days before the first public hearing on the proposed annex- <br />ation. <br /> 8.
