RESOLUTION NO. 65-67 RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTEST% WHEREAS, on the 8th day of March, 1965, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, adopted its Resolution No. 65-39, being Resolution and Order Preliminarily Adopting Engineer's Report and Calling for Bids, and Setting Time and Place of Hearing for the Construction of Improvements and the Acquisitions to be Made in Assessment District No. 1964-3, Arroyo Del Valle Interceptor Sewer Project, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California; and WHEREAS, said Resolution fixed Monday, the 19th day of April, 1965, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. of said day, at the meeting place of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, located at the City Hall, Pleasanton, California, as the time and place for hearing protests with relation to the proposed constructions and acquisitions described in the Engineer's Report, the grades to which the work will be done, the extent of the assessment district, the assessment, or the Engineer's Estimate of the Cost and Expenses, as amended, or any other act or determination of the Engineer of Work or the City Council of the City of Pleasanton; and WHEREAS, certain owners of property liable to be assessed for said work and improvement made written protests or objections in writing and delivered the same to the City Clerk not later than the hour set for hearing such objections; and WHEREAS, at the time set for hearing the protests and objections said City Council proceeded to hear the same and all of the protests or objections having been heard and duly considered; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, that all of said protests and objections of every kind or nature be, and the same are hereby, overruled or denied; and -1- COPY
