65-68 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 0~ERING CHANGES IN AMENDED ENGINEER'S REPORT AND <br />AMENDED COST ESTIMATE, ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1964-2~, VINTAGE <br />HILLS, CITY OF PLEASANTON~ ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Clerk of the <br />City of Pleasanton a petition signed by the owners of all of <br />the real property within Assessment District No. 1964-2, Vintage <br />Hills, City of Pleasanton, requesting that this City Council- <br />make certain changes in the Amended Engineer's Report and Amended <br />Engineer's Cost Estimate for said Assessment District, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br /> of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, as follows: <br /> That, pursuant to Section 10352 of the Streets and Highways <br /> Code of the State of California, this City Council hereby orders <br /> the following changes in the Amended Engineer's Report and the <br /> Amended Engineer's Cost Estimate for Assessment District No. 1964- <br /> 2, Vintage Hills: <br /> <br /> The allowance for acquisition of capacity in Arroyo Del <br /> Valle Sanitary Sewer is to be increased from $45,000.00 <br /> to $52,343.03. <br /> The allowance for construction contingencies is to be <br /> reduced from $68,104.16 to $60,761.13. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly and <br />regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held <br />on the 19th day of April, 1965, bM the following vote, to wit: <br /> BUBICS~ CAIRO~ HARDING~ McWILLIAMS AND MAYOR LONG <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmen <br />NOES: Councilmen NONE <br />ABSENT: Councilmen NONE <br /> <br />HELEN WOODWARD, City Clerk, <br />City of Pleasanton, Alameda <br />County, California. <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> <br />
