CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1484 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF JAMES YEE FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-90-11 WHEREAS, James Yee applied for planned unit development rezoning and development plan approval of an approximately 14,732 sq. ft. site for four existing single-family residential units located at 991 Rose Avenue; and WHEREAS, minor alterations in land use limitations and minor land divisions are categorically exempt (Classes 5 and 15) from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendations for approval of the rezoning and development plan; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on September 4, 1990 and on September 18, 1990; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan and proposed zoning are consistent with PUD considerations and the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 14,732 sq.ft. site located at 991 Rose Avenue from the RM-1500 (Multi- family Residential) District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - High Density Residential District. Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 8, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map No. 392, attached hereto as Exhibit "A", dated September 4, 1990, and incorporated herein by reference. Section 3: Approves the development plan for four existing single- family residential units located at 991 Rose Avenue, subject to the conditions on Exhibit "B", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
