CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1484 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF <br /> JAMES YEE FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br /> REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL AS <br /> FILED UNDER CASE PUD-90-11 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, James Yee applied for planned unit development rezoning <br /> and development plan approval of an approximately 14,732 <br /> sq. ft. site for four existing single-family residential <br /> units located at 991 Rose Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, minor alterations in land use limitations and minor land <br /> divisions are categorically exempt (Classes 5 and 15) <br /> from the requirements of the California Environmental <br /> Quality Act (CEQA); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendations for approval of the rezoning and <br /> development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on September 4, <br /> 1990 and on September 18, 1990; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan and <br /> proposed zoning are consistent with PUD considerations <br /> and the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 14,732 sq.ft. <br /> site located at 991 Rose Avenue from the RM-1500 (Multi- <br /> family Residential) District to the PUD (Planned Unit <br /> Development) - High Density Residential District. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 8, <br /> 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and <br /> dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended <br /> by Zoning Unit Map No. 392, attached hereto as Exhibit <br /> "A", dated September 4, 1990, and incorporated herein by <br /> reference. <br /> <br />Section 3: Approves the development plan for four existing single- <br /> family residential units located at 991 Rose Avenue, <br /> subject to the conditions on Exhibit "B", attached hereto <br /> and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
