(f) ~ach voter to vote for sal~ measure hereby submitted and in favor of the issuance of revenue bonds aa set forth in said measure shall stamp a cross (X) in the blank space opposite the word "YES" on the ballot to the right of said measure, and to vote against said measure and against the issuance of revenue bonds as set £orth in said measure shall stamp a cross (X) in the blank space opposite the word "NO" on the ballot to the right of said measure On absent voter ballots the cross (X) may be marked with pen or pencil. (g) The returns of said election shall be made out and signed by the election officers and shall be by them de- posited with the City Clerk together with the ballots cast at said election; and this City Council shall meet on Tuesday, October 12, 1965, at 8:00 o'clock P.M at its usual meeting place and canvass said returns as required by law, and declare the result of said election. Section ~ The City Cle~t~ of the City of Pleasanton ia hereby directed upon the passage and adoption of this resolu- tion to publish the same once a week for two succeeding weeks in the PLEASANTON TIMES, which is a newspaper of general circulation published less than six days a week in the City of Pleaaanton. No other notice of the election hereby called need be given. Section 6.
