CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF pLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1481 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING CASE pUD-S1-22-TM, THE <br /> APPLICATION OF MOZART DEVELOPMENT COMPANY FOR <br /> A MAJOR MODIFICATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mozart Development Company has applied for a major <br /> modification to the approved PUD to allow for an increase <br /> in the maximum square footage for a five-building, multi- <br /> tenant office complex from approximately 551,750 sq. ft. <br /> to 566,952 sq. ft. located generally in the area bounded <br /> by Stoneridge Mall Road, Embarcadero Court, Interstate <br /> 580, and Interstate 680; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br /> - Commercial and Offices District; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendations for approval of the proposed major <br /> modification; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on August 21, <br /> 1990; and <br /> WHEREAS, a negative declaration was adopted for the overall PUD <br /> for this site. This modification conforms to the project <br /> as reviewed at the time, and no new changes and/or <br /> information exist to now require a new environmental <br /> review; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the PUD modification proposed <br /> is consistent with the goals and policies of the General <br /> Plan policies of the city of Pleasanton- <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF pLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1: Approves the application of Mozart Development Company <br /> ' ' for a major modification to the approved PUD to allow for <br /> an increase in the maximum square footage for a five- <br /> building, multi-tenant office complex from 551,750 sq. <br /> ft. to 566,952 sq. ft. located generally in the area <br /> bounded by Stoneridge Mall Road, Embarcadero Court, <br /> Interstate 580, and Interstate 680, subject to the <br /> conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made <br /> part of this case by reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
