CITIOhl ~4~, 65-131 <br /> <br />APPROVING FINAL MAP, TRACT NO. 2721, <br />PLEASANTON VALLEY L~NIT NO. 5, AND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SUBDIVISION <br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> The City Council does hereby resolve as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Final Map of Tract No. 2721, Pleasanton Valley Unit No. <br />5, drawn by Martin & Bissell, Civil Engineers, San Leandro, <br />California, dated June 2, 1965, is hereby approved; and the City <br />officers are authorized to execute the necessary title sheet <br />certificates in behalf of the City. <br /> <br /> 2. The City officers are hereby authorized to execute the <br />subdivision agreement between the City and D & V Builders, Inc., <br /> <br />6000 Telegraph Avenue, Oakland 9, California, dated August 2, 1965 <br /> 3. Ail plans specifications, instruments and decrements of <br /> <br />title required by said agreements or City ordinances being in the <br />hands of the City Clerk, the City Council does hereby consent to <br />the recording of said Final Map. <br /> <br /> 4. The City does hereby accept the grant and dedication of <br />all public areas, streets, easements and rights-of-way shown on <br />said map, or lying outside of said tract and evidenced by a <br />separate instrument of conveyance. <br /> <br /> 5.
