CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1489 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING CASE PUD-90-10, THE <br /> APPLICATION OF JOSEPH W. CAT~a~AN, JR. FOR PUD <br /> REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Joseph W. Callahan, Jr. has applied for PUD rezoning and <br /> development plan approval to rezone an approximately 1.8 <br /> acre site from PUD (Planned Unit Development) - <br /> Neighborhood Commercial to the PUD (Planned Unit <br /> Development) - High Density Residential District and to <br /> construct 24 townhomes on this site; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative <br /> declaration was adopted by Council on November 6, 1990; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendations for approval of the proposed rezoning and <br /> development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on November 6, <br /> 1990; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan and <br /> rezoning are consistent with the General Plan policies of <br /> the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 1.8 acre <br /> site located at 600 Palomino Drive to the PUD (Planned <br /> Unit Development) - High Density Residential District. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated <br /> April 8, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating <br /> and dividing the City into zoning di~trictz iz hereby <br /> amended by Zoning Unit Map No. 393, attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit "A" dated November 6, 1990, and incorporated <br /> herein by reference. <br /> <br />Section 3: Approves the development plan for 24 townhomes to be <br /> constructed on an approximately 1.8 acre site located at <br /> 600 Palomino Drive, subject to the conditions set forth <br /> in Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br /> this reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
