CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1489 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING CASE PUD-90-10, THE APPLICATION OF JOSEPH W. CAT~a~AN, JR. FOR PUD REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL WHEREAS, Joseph W. Callahan, Jr. has applied for PUD rezoning and development plan approval to rezone an approximately 1.8 acre site from PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Neighborhood Commercial to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - High Density Residential District and to construct 24 townhomes on this site; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on November 6, 1990; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendations for approval of the proposed rezoning and development plan; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on November 6, 1990; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan and rezoning are consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 1.8 acre site located at 600 Palomino Drive to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - High Density Residential District. Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 8, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning di~trictz iz hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map No. 393, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" dated November 6, 1990, and incorporated herein by reference. Section 3: Approves the development plan for 24 townhomes to be constructed on an approximately 1.8 acre site located at 600 Palomino Drive, subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
