CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1486 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE APPROVING THE kPPLICATION OF JAMES <br /> AND SUSAN MCDOWELL FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> APPROVAL TO CONSTRUCT A NINE-PARCEL, SINGLE- <br /> FAMILY RESIDENTIAL PROJECT ON kPPROXIMATELY <br /> 3.75 ACRES LOCATED AT 2503 VINEY/LRD AVENUE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, James and Susan McDowell applied to the City for <br /> development plan approval for construction of a nine- <br /> parcel, single-family residential project to be located <br /> on an approximately 3.75 acre site located at 2503 <br /> Vineyard Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 22, 1990, the Planning <br /> Commission denied the application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, within the time specified by the Pleasanton Municipal <br /> Code, the applicants submitted an appeal to the City <br /> Clerk of the City of Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on October 2, <br /> 1990; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative <br /> declaration was adopted by Council on October 2, 1990; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan is <br /> consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of <br /> Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The City Council grants the appeal and approves the <br /> development plan for a nine-parcel, single-family <br /> residential project to be located on an approximately <br /> 3.75 acre site located at 2503 Vineyard Avenue, subject <br /> to the conditions on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by <br /> this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of <br /> Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of <br /> Resolution No. 77-66. <br /> <br /> <br />
