CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1843 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />REPEALING ORDINANCE NOS. 1588, 1608 AND 1701 AND <br />CHAPTER 6.60 OF THE PLEASANTON MUNICIPAL CODE <br />AND ADDING A NEW CHAPTER 6.60 TO THE <br />PLEASANTON MUNICIPAL CODE TO CONTINUE TO <br />PROVIDE FOR THE MOBILEHOME RENT <br />STABILIZATION PROGRAM, AND TO MAINTAIN TWO OF <br />THE PARKS AS SENIOR PARKS <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDA1N AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Ordinance Nos. 1588, 1608 and 1701 and Chapter 6.60 of the Pleasanton <br />Municipal Code are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />A new Chapter 6.60 is hereby added to the Pleasanton Municipal Code, which <br />chapter is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />Section 3: <br /> <br />A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after <br />its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published <br />in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen <br />(15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption. <br /> <br />Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective on January 1, 2002. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on <br />October 30, 2001. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on November 6, <br />2001 by the following vote: <br /> <br /> <br />
