Ordinance No. 1504 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the major modification to an approved planned <br /> unit development to allow for the use of banners for <br /> promotional and grand opening events at the Pleasant <br /> Village Shopping Center located at 6700 Santa Rita Road <br /> at the intersection of Pimlico Drive, subject to the <br /> conditions of Exhibit A attached hereto. <br /> <br />Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a <br /> newspaper of general circulation published in the City of <br /> Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days <br /> after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Pleasanton on March 19, 1991. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Pleasanton on April 2, 1991 by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Scribner, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer KE~ <br /> NOES: None . <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> pegg~/~.OE~idr~ City Clerk <br /> A~~~ <br /> Michael H.
